Problem
Duma has developed a mobile app that allows small and medium scale businesses to operate efficiently; saving them cost and time. We need help in driving product adoption and customer usage in states across Nigeria. Our goal is to onboard suppliers and retailers across states such as Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Kaduna, and Kano.

Constraints: Getting suppliers might require physically visiting them to help onboard them on the app. You will need to create a business case for suppliers to join the platform

Skills and Proficiency: User Persona, Research, Project Management and Product Management.

Tools used: Trello for Project Management, Slack, Google Meet & Zoom for Team Communication, Google Suites & Canva for Reporting.

Final Result / Deliverable: Demonstrated increase in adoption of users or feedback from users (Both resellers and Suppliers) in preparation for the Initial Testing & Launch.

Process and Solution
My first task was performing a comprehensive Framework Analysis for the Organization. In order to achieve this, I researched about the organizational history, vision and mission, their story from all that is available in the media. Also, I look at the Internal and External Opportunities and Threats facing the organization by performing the SWOT Analysis. Likewise, the External environment was further analyzed using the PESTEL Framework.

The tasks were broken down into actionable bits using Trello to track the progress and it was reported accordingly using Goggle Suites and Canva, while I communicated with my team mates with the aid of Slack, Google meet and Zoom.
I tested the Mobile App and gave my feedback while also receiving feedbacks from the users as Iteration continues...
